Xbox Game Pass Adds Kingdom Hearts, Battletech, and More

Another month, another slate of games coming to Xbox’s gaming subscription service, Xbox Game Pass, including Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 & 2.5 ReMix.

Xbox Game Pass for console and PC is adding a slew of new games to its game subscription service. From mech-based strategy to key-wielding children who hang out with Disney characters for some reason, there seems to be something for everyone.

Starting tomorrow, on June 11, there will be plenty of games added to Xbox Game Pass for both the Xbox One and PC. Here are all the games coming to the subscription service, as well as the platform (or platforms) they will appear on:

  • Bard’s Tale Remastered and Resnarkled (Console and PC) – June 18
  • Battlefleet Gothic Armada 2 (PC) – June 11
  • Battletech (PC) – June 11
  • Dungeon of the Endless (Console and PC) – June 11
  • Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 & 2.5 ReMix (Console) – June 11
  • Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue (Console) – June 11
  • No Man’s Sky (Console and PC) – June 11
  • Thronebreaker (Console) – June 18

As games enter Xbox Game Pass, games leave. On June 15, here are all the games leaving the subscription service:

  • Book of Demons (PC)
  • Everspace (Console and PC)
  • Resident Evil Revelations (Console)
  • Riptide GP: Renegade (Console and PC)
  • Riverbond (Console and PC)
  • Supermarket Shriek (Console and PC)
  • The Last Door: Season 2 (PC)
  • The Stillness of the Wind (PC)

There are a few DLC and game updates as part of the new Xbox Game Pass additions. Most notably, you can pre-install Grounded, Obsidian’s survival-adventure game, starting on June 16.

If you want to enjoy any of these games, you will need an Xbox Game Pass subscription. While you can choose to only subscribe to a specific platform, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes PC and Xbox One access to the service for $14.99 a month. However, if you’re new to the service, your first month is only $1.

Personally, Xbox’s subscription service is such a solid deal, especially if you own both a PC and Xbox One. Having just built a new gaming PC, I have enjoyed a few games on the service, including Gears Tactics and The Outer Worlds. I definitely recommend the service to anyone who mainly plays on either of those platforms.
