AMD officially shared the very first image from a Radeon RX 6000 Series GPU, which will be fully revealed later in October.
Radeon RX 6000 Series will be AMD’s biggest focus in the near future as it’s going to compete against Nvidia’s recently revealed RTX 3000 GPUs.
After Nvidia announced its brand new series of graphics cards earlier this month, PC gamers seemed happy with the performance and pricing of RTX 3000, especially the RTX 3070, which delivers a much powerful performance compared to the RTX 2080. The pricing was too great for the gaming community that many people considered moving into PC gaming in the upcoming generation of consoles, though Xbox Series S might win those players back.

From that day on, there’s been huge pressure on AMD for announcing its Radeon RX 6000 GPUs, which is set to be fully revealed on October 28th. However, it seems the red team has decided to tease their upcoming announcement with an all-new image showcasing the design for one of the graphics cards from the Radeon RX 6000 series, assumed to be the most powerful version.
As the tweet reveals, the new set of AMD’s RDNA 2 graphics cards will feature a brand new cooler design. A big 3D model of the GPU is currently available in Fortnite, where you can land on the new GPU from AMD and check out all its angles yourself.
The more details about Radeon RX 6000 Series will surely be shared during the announcement event, but we might get some small updates on the models, overall performance, and new key features of the AMD’s next-gen GPUs in the road to the event.
AMD’s Ryzen CPUs succeeded in getting a considerable share of the market by delivering great performance at a lower cost, compared to Intel processors. So, it’s yet to be seen whether the company would be able to do the same in its rivalry with Nvidia or not. AMD Radeon RX 6000 Series might be able to challenge Nvidia’s 3070 and 3080 GPUs in performance and pricing.
