Mafia Definitive Edition PC System Requirements Revealed

Mafia: Definitive Edition requires a GTX 1080 for playing at the highest preset on PC.

Hanger 13’s anticipated remake of the original Mafia game is supposed to launch later this month, but if you’re going to play it on PC, you’d likely want to check out the official system requirements first, which has been shared lately by the developers.

Hanger 13 and 2K Games officially revealed the minimum and recommended requirement systems for the PC version of Mafia: Definitive Edition. While the game would probably run on low-range systems at the lowest preset, you are going to need a GTX 1080 or Radeon RX 5700 if you want to have the best visual experience out of this remake.

According to the list, an Intel Core-i5 2550K 3.4GHz or an AMD FX-8120 3.1 GHz along with 6GB of RAM and an Nvidia GTX 660 or an Radeon HD 7870 graphics card would be enough to run the game at the lowest preset. The target resolution for the minimum system hasn’t specified.

Mafia: Definitive Edition is supposed to take us back to the prohibition era in the city of Lost Heaven, a beautiful depiction of Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles, and the home to two rival crime families: Salieri and Morello. Playing as Tommy Angelo, a regular taxi driver in Lost Heaven, you encounter two loyal hitmen of Salieri at the dead of the night. After helping them out to escape from Morello’s crew, Tommy starts working as a driver and then a hitman for the Salieri crime family, which changes his life and destiny forever.

Mafia: Definitive Edition is set to be launched on September 25th for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game will cost you $39.99 if you buy it separately, but you can get Mafia Trilogy for $59.99, including the definitive editions of all the Mafia games.
