PS Now adds Resident Evil 7, Final Fantasy XV, WWE 2K19, and Observation to its ranks in September, giving players plenty to try out via the service.
PlayStation’s PS Now service is set to get just a little bit scarier this September. The service is adding Resident Evil 7, Final Fantasy XV, WWE 2K19, and Observation. That’s two big-hitters, a solid narrative-driven experience, and a bad wrestling sim. Not a bad haul for PS Now players.

The marquee title for PS Now in September is undoubtedly Resident Evil 7. That game really brought the franchise back in a major way. Since then, we’ve been treated to two stellar remakes and the eighth game in the main series looks phenomenal. It also has a bone-chilling VR mode via PSVR. Unfortunately, the game is only on the service for a short time. Make sure to get in before November 30 when it leaves PS Now.
Final Fantasy XV also has a known expiration date on the service. If you want to play as a boy band trotting the globe is a sweet car, you’ll need to so before March 2021. The game leaves on the first of that month. You should have plenty of time, but, considering it’s a massive JRPG, you’re going to need to set aside a few weekends to finish it.
WWE 2K19 and Observation don’t have listed expiration dates, so there’s less worry with them. 2K19 is the last serviceable WWE game before 2K20 completely demolished the brand. I still wouldn’t call it good, but if you need some simulation grappling, it’s there. Observation, on the other hand, is a solid story-driven game. The thriller twists and turns often as it barrels toward its conclusion. It’s worth playing if you have the time.
These are far from the only games available on PS Now. The service isn’t as good as the Xbox Game Pass, but, if you have a PS4, it’s worth checking out. There are some solid titles in there.
