Bungie announced Beyond Light earlier this year as part of its roadmap for Destiny 2 in the coming years alongside two other expansions. Following Beyond Light‘s release next month, the next two expansions–The Witch Queen and Lightfall–will release in 2021 and 2022, respectively, giving players at least another two years of major story content to look ahead towards. Beyond Light, however, will be launching next month on all current platforms, and will also be included for those playing Destiny 2 on Xbox Game Pass alongside all of its previously-released expansions.
Destiny 2 is available now on PS4, Xbox One, Google Stadia, and PC, with the Beyond Light expansion to launch on November 10, 2020. The next-gen versions of Destiny 2 on PS5 and Xbox Series X/Series S will be available on December 8, 2020.
